With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the cosmetics industry, Courtney brings a rare combination of scientific rigor and entrepreneurial vision to CRCM. His expertise spans the entire product lifecycle — from early-stage R&D and chemical formulation through compounding, packaging, and stringent quality assurance.
As 100% shareholder and chief formulator, Courtney personally oversees every formulation that leaves our Brampton facility, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
